Mus\u00edte j\u00edst jen v dan\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch rozestupech a je\u0161t\u011b omezen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Kdy\u017e jsem \u010dekala prvn\u00ed dceru, nikdo mi ne\u0159ekl, jak m\u00e1m spr\u00e1vn\u011b j\u00edst. Na diabetologii mi pan\u00ed doktorka dala <b>let\u00e1k<\/b> v\u0161eobecn\u00fd pro v\u0161echny diabetiky, kde byl model denn\u00edho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku ve smyslu: <\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">sn\u00eddan\u011b &#8211; kraj\u00edc chleba, m\u00e1slo, \u0161unka, \u010daj <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">sva\u010dinka \u2013 jablko <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">ob\u011bd \u2013 pl\u00e1tek masa, r\u00fd\u017ee nebo brambory atd\u2026 <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">K p\u0159\u00edloh\u00e1m byla uveden\u00e1 i gram\u00e1\u017e a celkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f byl 225g za den.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed se nekonalo, snad jen p\u0159ipom\u00ednka, a\u0165 omez\u00edm sladk\u00e9. Jedla jsem podle let\u00e1\u010dku, ale m\u011bla st\u00e1le hlad, HLAD,<b> HLAD! <\/b>A taky chut\u011b na v\u0161e mo\u017en\u00e9 a to bylo pro m\u011b vylo\u017een\u011b utrpen\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Netrp\u011bliv\u011b jsem st\u00e1le odpo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vala \u010das do dal\u0161\u00edho j\u00eddla. U\u017e po hodin\u011b jsem m\u011bla op\u011bt <b>hlad.<\/b> Dokonce jsem b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed i n\u011bjak\u00e9 to kilo zhubla. Up\u0159ednost\u0148ovat byste m\u011bla <b>slo\u017eit\u00e9<\/b> sacharidy oproti t\u011bm jednoduch\u00fdm (b\u00edl\u00e1 mouka, b\u00edl\u00e1 r\u00fd\u017ee, atd.).&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><i style=\"font-weight: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-1); font-size: large; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-7);\">\u00dapln\u011b zapome\u0148te na cukr a v\u0161echny jeho obdoby i n\u00e1hra\u017eky. Jako fakt!<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pokud v\u00e1m po n\u011bkter\u00e9m z j\u00eddel vyst\u0159el\u00ed glyk\u00e9mie a\u017e do nebe (nad 7,8 mmol\/l), zva\u017ete jestli m\u00e1te v pokrmu ty spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 sacharidy a jestli ano, m\u016f\u017eete zkusit jejich p\u0159\u00edjem je\u0161t\u011b postupn\u011b <b>sn\u00ed\u017eit<\/b>. Nem\u011bla byste se v\u0161ak dostat pod <b>130g<\/b> sacharid\u016f denn\u011b. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se pak p\u0159em\u011b\u0159te, aby v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jste na inzul\u00ednu, nedo\u0161lo k hypoglyk\u00e9mii.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Zkontrolujte si, jestli m\u00e1te dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem <b>b\u00edlkovin<\/b> (pou\u017eijte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaloricketabulky.cz\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff8000;\">kalorick\u00e9 tabulky<\/span><\/a>). Dosp\u011bl\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk by m\u011bl v pr\u016fm\u011bru sn\u00edst 1g b\u00edlkovin na 1kg hmotnosti, \u010dili 80kg dosp\u011bl\u00fd sn\u00ed 80g b\u00edlkovin. V t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed by se m\u011bl nav\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159\u00edjem b\u00edlkovin o 10-20%. Tak\u017ee t\u011bhotn\u00e1 s 80-ti kily by m\u011bla sn\u00edst a\u017e 96g b\u00edlkovin. Vyb\u00edrejte si b\u00edlkoviny jak rostlinn\u00e9, tak \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9. Dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u00edlkovin ve strav\u011b tak\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit <b>chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pod\u00edl <b>tuk\u016f<\/b> ve strav\u011b by se m\u011bl pohybovat okolo 20-35% z celkov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159ijat\u00e9 stravy. Doporu\u010duji dr\u017eet se t\u00e9 horn\u00ed hranice, zajist\u00ed to, \u017ee budete m\u00edt del\u0161\u00ed pocit sytosti. J\u00e1 osobn\u011b bych se neb\u00e1la klidn\u011b tuk\u016f p\u0159idat jako p\u0159i n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 diet\u011b. Pokud ub\u00edr\u00e1te sacharidy, p\u0159id\u00e1vejte tuky. Ov\u0161em pozor na<b> kvalitu<\/b> tuk\u016f. Rozhodn\u011b se vyhn\u011bte trans-mastn\u00fdm kyselin\u00e1m (ztu\u017een\u00e9 tuky, p\u0159ep\u00e1len\u00e9 tuky, fastfood,\u2026). Mno\u017estv\u00ed nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f by nem\u011blo p\u0159ekro\u010dit 7% (m\u00e1slo, s\u00e1dlo, kokosov\u00fd olej). Pom\u011br nenasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f omega-3 ku omega-6 se jako optim\u00e1ln\u00ed doporu\u010duje kolem 1:1-5. Omega-3 (EPA, DHA) je lep\u0161\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vat z \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch zdroj\u016f \u2013 ryby.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je ve strav\u011b t\u011bhotn\u00fdch s cukrovkou tak\u00e9 <b>vl\u00e1knina<\/b>. Ta se d\u011bl\u00ed na nerozpustnou (zelenina, lu\u0161t\u011bniny, obiloviny, houby,&#8230;) a rozpustnou (inul\u00edn, ovoce, \u010desnek, cibule,\u2026). Mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v rozmez\u00ed 25-35% z celkov\u00e9ho denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu. Do sal\u00e1tu si nalijte kvalitn\u00ed olej (chia nebo ln\u011bn\u00fd obsahuj\u00ed nejv\u00edce omega-3).
