J\u00eddlo nebylo t\u00edm, co m\u011b v dan\u00e9 chv\u00edli tr\u00e1pilo, a stravovala jsem se tak v\u0161elijak, \u010dasto s nejmen\u0161\u00ed starost\u00ed o v\u00fd\u017eivu\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-7); color: var(--ast-global-color-1); font-size: 1rem;\">(ti, co za\u017eili, v\u011bd\u00ed)<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-7); color: var(--ast-global-color-1);\">.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude00<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-7); color: var(--ast-global-color-1);\">Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, jakmile jsem nastoupila do pr\u00e1ce, m\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky za\u010daly podl\u00e9hat obrovsk\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m. N\u00e1hl\u00e9 n\u00e1roky zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, stres a zaj\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 \u00fanavy vedly k tomu, \u017ee jsem se ocitla v kolob\u011bhu \u0161patn\u00e9 stravy, nesmysln\u00fdch diet a mnohdy \u0161\u00edlen\u00fdch pokus\u016f o nalezen\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edho stravovac\u00edho stylu&#8230;<\/span><\/p><p>Po t\u0159ech t\u011bhotenstv\u00edch, b\u011bhem nich\u017e jsem \u010delila <b>t\u011bhotensk\u00e9 cukrovce<\/b>, jsem se ocitla p\u0159ed z\u00e1sadn\u00edm rozhodnut\u00edm. P\u0159esto\u017ee cukrovka po porodu zmizela, z\u016fstal mi v pov\u011bdom\u00ed hroziv\u00fd st\u00edn &#8211; <b>prediabetes<\/b>. Tato diagn\u00f3za, kter\u00e1 se u mne potvrdila,\u00a0 m\u011b donutila p\u0159ehodnotit m\u016fj stravovac\u00ed styl a p\u0159ijmout z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bny ve sv\u00e9m denn\u00edm re\u017eimu. Bylo to rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u011b zavedlo k hled\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyk\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 stravy.<\/p><blockquote><p>Tak\u00e9 st\u00e1le hled\u00e1te ten ide\u00e1ln\u00ed stravovac\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd by vyhovoval va\u0161im pot\u0159eb\u00e1m a c\u00edl\u016fm?\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote><p><b>N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 strava <\/b>m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tou spr\u00e1vnou volbou pro v\u0161echny, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout lep\u0161\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, omezit nejen cukr ve strav\u011b a tak\u00e9 kontrolovat svou hmotnost.\u00a0<\/p><p>P\u0159edt\u00edm ne\u017e se v\u0161ak pono\u0159\u00edte do sv\u011bta n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 stravy, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z\u00edskat pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 znalosti a <b>porozum\u011bt<\/b> jak v\u00fdhod\u00e1m, tak i omezen\u00edm tohoto stravovac\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu. To zahrnuje omezen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu cukru, b\u00edl\u00e9ho pe\u010diva, sladk\u00e9ho pe\u010diva a p\u0159\u00edloh s vysok\u00fdm glykemick\u00fdm indexem.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem tuk\u016f:<\/strong> V n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 strav\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed tuky v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu &#8211; p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u keto re\u017eimu. Zahrnuj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 tuky, jako jsou avok\u00e1do, o\u0159echy, oleje lisovan\u00e9 za studena, MTC tuky a tuky z ryb.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Klasick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem b\u00edlkovin:<\/strong> B\u00edlkoviny jsou st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stravy. M\u016f\u017eete je z\u00edskat z masa, ryb, s\u00fdr\u016f, vajec a rostlinn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, jako jsou lu\u0161t\u011bniny.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Konzumace zeleniny a ovoce:<\/strong> Zelenina a ovoce jsou zdrojem vl\u00e1kniny, vitamin\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b keto varianty se v\u0161ak konzumuje pouze zelenina.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Vyvarov\u00e1n\u00ed se cukr\u016fm a rafinovan\u00fdm sacharid\u016fm:<\/strong> Strava by m\u011bla omezit p\u0159\u00edjem potravin obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159idan\u00fd cukr a v\u0161echny jeho formy, rafinovan\u00e9 a ultrazpracovan\u00e9 sacharidy.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00fdch diet existuje n\u011bkolik druh\u016f, z nich\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed specifick\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed ohledn\u011b omezen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu sacharid\u016f.\u00a0<\/p><ol><li><p><strong>Ketogenn\u00ed dieta (keto dieta):<\/strong> Keto dieta je extr\u00e9mn\u00ed forma n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 stravy, kter\u00e1 se zam\u011b\u0159uje na velmi n\u00edzk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f (obvykle 30-60 gram\u016f denn\u011b) a vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem zdrav\u00fdch tuk\u016f. C\u00edlem je dostat t\u011blo do stavu ket\u00f3zy, kdy za\u010dne spalovat vlastn\u00ed tuky a tuky z potravy pro energii, m\u00edsto gluk\u00f3zy. Tato dieta je slo\u017een\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z tuk\u016f, klasick\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u00edlkovin, zeleniny a minim\u00e1ln\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu sacharid\u016f (ze zeleniny, sem\u00ednek a o\u0159ech\u016f).<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>N\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 strava:<\/strong> Toto je varianta, kde povolen\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f je m\u00edrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v ketogenn\u00ed diet\u011b (120-150 gram\u016f denn\u011b), co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje j\u00edst v\u00edce ovoce a zeleniny, lu\u0161t\u011bnin a vhodn\u00fdch obilovin.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Paleo dieta:<\/strong> Paleo dieta, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jako dieta paleolitick\u00fdch lid\u00ed, se zam\u011b\u0159uje na konzumaci potravin, kter\u00e9 byly dostupn\u00e9 na\u0161im p\u0159edk\u016fm v paleolitu. To zahrnuje maso, ryby, ovoce, zeleninu, o\u0159echy a semena, ale vylu\u010duje obiloviny, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, lu\u0161t\u011bniny a rafinovan\u00e9 cukry.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Whole 30:<\/strong> Je kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd stravovac\u00ed program trvaj\u00edc\u00ed 30 dn\u00ed, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159uje na eliminaci potravin, kter\u00e9 by mohly negativn\u011b ovlivnit zdrav\u00ed. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nej\u00ed cukr, obiloviny, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, lu\u0161t\u011bniny a alkohol, s c\u00edlem resetovat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, zlep\u0161it energetick\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b a zjistit, jak\u00e9 potraviny jim vyhovuj\u00ed. Program Whole30 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje konzumaci cel\u00fdch a nezpracovan\u00fdch potravin a klade d\u016fraz na v\u00fdb\u011br kvalitn\u00edch surovin.<\/li><li><strong>Cyklick\u00e1 ketogenn\u00ed dieta (CKD):<\/strong> Tato dieta kombinuje cyklick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f s ketogenn\u00ed stravou. Obsahuje obdob\u00ed konzumace velmi mal\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed sacharid\u016f (keto f\u00e1ze) n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 obdob\u00edmi vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu sacharid\u016f.
