Nap\u0159\u00edklad v <b>ketogenn\u00ed diet\u011b<\/b>, kde je p\u0159\u00edjem sacharid\u016f doporu\u010dov\u00e1n mezi 30-60g sacharid\u016f za den. Tam se opravdu lu\u0161t\u011bniny &#8222;nevejdou&#8220;. V ketogenn\u00ed diet\u011b tvo\u0159\u00ed sacharidovou \u010d\u00e1st stravy p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b &#8222;sladk\u00e1&#8220; zelenina, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a sem\u00ednka.\u00a0<\/p><p>J\u00e1 v\u0161ak ketogenn\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed (podle mne sp\u00ed\u0161e dietu) nepropaguji ani neprovozuji, proto\u017ee to podle m\u00e9ho osobn\u00edho n\u00e1zoru nen\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00fd typ stravov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p><p><b>Chyb\u00ed mi v n\u011bm:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>ovoce, kter\u00e9 pro vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed sacharid\u016f nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9,<\/li><li>lu\u0161t\u011bniny<\/li><li>a obiloviny.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ketogenn\u00ed dieta m\u016f\u017ee \u010dasem v\u00e9st ke stereotypn\u00edmu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, kdy se \u010dlov\u011bk uch\u00fdl\u00ed k p\u00e1r pokrm\u016fm, a t\u011bch se dr\u017e\u00ed, nebo vede k pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ultrazpracovan\u00fdch keto potravin.<\/p><p>Podle m\u011b takto p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b vymezenou stravou t\u011blu \u010dasem sch\u00e1z\u00ed vitam\u00edny (ovoce) a ta vl\u00e1knina, kter\u00e1 je obsa\u017eena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v celozrnn\u00fdch obilovin\u00e1ch a lu\u0161t\u011bnin\u00e1ch. To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke \u0161patn\u00e9mu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho organismu a mikrobiomu ve st\u0159ev\u011b (\u0161patn\u00e1 imunita, z\u00e1cpa, pot\u00ed\u017ee s vyprazd\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm).<\/p><p>Na druhou stranu m\u00e1 ketogenn\u00ed dieta i sv\u00e1 <b>pozitiva<\/b>, kter\u00e1 nemohu opomenout:<\/p><ul><li>redukce v\u00e1hy sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku,<\/li><li>zlep\u0161en\u00ed pru\u017enosti metabolismu ve smyslu p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi zdroji energie (cukry x tuky),<\/li><li>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f v t\u011ble,<\/li><li>zlep\u0161en\u00ed pom\u011bru \u0161patn\u00e9ho a dobr\u00e9ho cholesterolu,<\/li><li>zlep\u0161en\u00ed mozkov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed, atd.<\/li><\/ul><div>Tato pozitiva jsou vesm\u011bs shodn\u00e1 jako u jin\u00fdch typ\u016f n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0159ekla bych, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed efekt ketogenn\u00ed diety je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve ztr\u00e1t\u011b hmotnosti.\u00a0<\/div><div>Ketogenn\u00ed dieta <b>nen\u00ed doporu\u010dov\u00e1na <\/b>u osob s onemocn\u011bn\u00edm jater, slinivky, ledvin, t\u011bhotn\u00fdm a koj\u00edc\u00edm \u017een\u00e1m a lidem s poruchou metabolismu tuk\u016f. K va\u0159en\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eete sm\u011ble p\u0159idat bylinky zm\u00edr\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed (fenykl, an\u00fdz, km\u00edn, \u0159\u00edmsk\u00fd km\u00edn, bylinky, atd.)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Ocet \u010di soda:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed do va\u0159en\u00ed lu\u0161t\u011bnin trochu octa nebo jedlou sodu.
